Suite Fire Bar + Grille is located inside the Holiday Inn & Suites Peoria at Grand Prairie. We offer guests an upscale casual dining experience. Suite Fire showcases a spacious bar, fresh menu options, weekly features, and multiple flat screen TV’s. Spring through Fall, let us serve you in our outdoor patio with flat screen TV’s, cozy conversation areas and firepits. Suite Fire Bar + Grille serves breakfast daily and dinner Tuesday through Saturday. Our locally-owned restaurant also hosts Happy Hour every Tuesday through Friday. Happy Hour guests enjoy $5 appetizer specials and refreshing drink specials. Mark your calendars for our Special Events like Suite Night, or one of Chef’s paired dinners.

About our Chef

Suite Fire Bar + Grille’s Executive Chef is Seth Colvin. Chef Seth has always had a passion for the culinary arts. He was first introduced to cooking by his father. Chef Seth had a competitive spirit and participated in culinary competitions. It was during this time of education and competition that he developed his famous recipe for his Fried Strawberries. From there Chef continued on the fast track working in brand new restaurants, expansive banquet halls and even working as a Team Chef for the Green Bay Packers. His journey took him across Colorado, Florida, Wisconsin and then to Central Illinois! He joined the Suite Fire Team as our Executive Chef, prior to opening in 2016. His vast knowledge, creative edge and signature dishes have made Suite Fire Bar + Grille a unique culinary hotspot.
