Sales Manager

Petersen Hotels is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our hospitality team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Morton. This unique individual must possess excellent communication skills in customer relations, be aggressive in targeting new business and exceed established goals for their market segment.

We are looking for a professional, proactive Sales Manager person who can take the initiate and maintain as well as build the existing client base. Must be team-oriented, possess good work ethics and be results driven.

Sales Manager Job Responsibilities

• Target new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain contact and customer database within specific market segments
• Prepare sales proposals to clients
• Establish an effective sales call cycle for key customers, partners and contacts
• Work to achieve agreed goals and objectives

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing or related field would be an asset
• Superior written and oral communication skills
• Commitment to exceeding guest expectations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities for self
