Wingate by Wyndham — Peoria, IL

Perfect for an off-site business meeting or a relaxing social gathering, Wingate by Wyndham features a beautiful 1,000 square foot Meeting Room and a Boardroom with seating for up to twelve. Both spaces feature all-inclusive rates and state-of-the-art meeting amenities, including complimentary wired and wireless Internet and a drop down projection screen. The Meeting Room also features a podium, whiteboards and corkboards on each end, and can be arranged as preferred (seats approximately 50 classroom style). LCD projector and teleconferencing equipment is also available at no charge.

A lovely addition to the abundant amenities and comfortable rooms at Country Inn & Suites Peoria is the spacious yet cozy Great Room. Located adjacent to the breakfast area, the Great Room typically serves as a space for breakfast overflow. However, after 10:00 AM the room makes for the perfect meeting or special event location. The over-sized living-room-style set-up is casual yet quiet and private, enabling a highly productive atmosphere. The large, flat-screen HDTV is perfect for watching the big game or a relaxing movie, and the fireplace provides all the warmth of home. Country Inn & Suites Peoria is proud to have hosted many small business meetings, as well as special occasions such as wedding showers, bridal luncheons and family reunions.

Hampton Inn & Suites — Peoria, IL

The ALL NEW Hampton Inn & Suites offers an 810 square foot Meeting Room and two Hospitality Suites. Both room types feature all-inclusive rates and state-of-the-art amenities, including complimentary wired/wireless Internet, audio/visual equipment, water station, room setup and linens are provided upon request. With 810 square feet of meeting space, the Meeting Room is able to accommodate up to 40 theatre style with other seating styles available. The Meeting Room Coordinator would be happy to go over other seating arrangements and amenities offered including menu items. Hospitality Suites connect to a sleeping room and boast a board table seating 10, soft seating areas, kitchenette, private bathroom and TV with audio/visual hook-ups for presentations.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites — Morton, IL

Holiday Inn Express & Suites features a spacious boardroom with comfortable seating for 12. Use of audio-visual equipment and a 50″ HD flat-screen TV are available at no additional cost. The large counter space allows for food and beverage to be kept in the same room but out of the work space.

AmericInn Lodge & Suites — Monmouth, IL

AmericInn Lodge & Suites offers a first class meeting facility and a professional staff of experts to assist you with your event in Monmouth, Illinois. We offer meeting and event space suitable for groups up to 35, ideal for corporate meetings, board meetings, sales presentations or social gatherings such as bridal showers, family reunions and birthday parties. Rental includes free use of A/V equipment, and catering is available.
